All products are considered in stock and shipping daily, unless otherwise noted at checkout. Orders placed prior to 3:00 PM EST will ship the same day. SkinPro exclusively uses FedEx for all International shipments. Delivery time is normally the next day or within 48 hours for International orders. Domestic orders ship either by FedEx Express Overnight or USPS Priority (2-3 Day). Current rates vary by shipment and destination. These are provided at checkout.
EliteSerum™ is manufactured in a state of the art 70,000 square foot facility in Miami, Florida. From the ISO 9002 certified laboratory to the production staff, all employees are fully trained on GMPs, SOPs and all FDA rules and regulations. The facilities are subject to random inspection from the United States Food and Drug Administration, the State of Florida Health Department and the Department of Agriculture.
Due to the high cost of clinically tested ingredients, and factual, proven results in independent laboratory testing, EliteSerum™ is non-refundable when opened. Should you have specific questions about expectations, please contact customer service prior to ordering. After 30 days of using this product, if visible results are not on par with your highest expectations, contact customer service and we will send you a replacement product free of charge.
